Feds cede border to smugglers. Warn citizens to stay away

The Washington Times reports (hat tip: Michelle Malkin) that, rather than enforce immigration laws, the federal government, via the Bureau of Land Management, is placing signs to warn US citizens to stay away from the dangerous US-Mexican border:
