While Citizens May Face $10,000 Fines, Can California Governments Can Waste Water With Impunity?
Gov. Jerry Brown has called for $10,000 fines for residents and
businesses that waste water in California amid mandatory conservation targets. But, will the liberals who run California care if the governments waste water? Shown below, water from a San Francisco pipe flows out of a manhole and streams over cable-car tracks:
