The left talks incessantly of "income inequality" without ever noting that socialist countries have large income inequalities also. The recently deceased Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez is
estimated to have amassed a personal fortune of $2 billion. Yasser Arafat's net worth was
estimated as in excess of $1 billion, much of which was diverted from foreign aid for his dirt-poor Palestinian people. Forbes
estimated Fidel Castro's net worth at over half a billion while his countrymen remain impoverished.
Has any heard a leftist complain about this?
