Why has respect for America fallen in Egypt?

Under Obama's watch, Egypt's secular dictator, Hosni Mubarak, was replaced with Mohamed Morsi, a radical Islamist (Muslim  Brotherhood) dictator who claims to power to ignore court decisions.  What do the Egyptians think of that?  Have a look at this sign from a rally in Egypt:
