Dem. Rep. says Rep. Allen West resembles a hyena

After that racist insult, Rep. Jim Moran (D-VA) also claims Rep. Allen West (R-FL) is "not representative of the African-American community" and, therefore, what West says "is of little or no consequence."

What does it mean to "represent your race"? Is it now fair game in the liberal playbook to compare African-Americans to hyenas?
